Nut allergy is very common among babies and is not very easy to manage because if not cured on time then it can result in severe consequences. So here are the symptoms and precautions that you must know in advance:

  • Wheezing
  • Face problems in breathing.
  • Coughing
  • Sneezing
  • Swelling
  • Harshness
  • Stomachache
  • Vomiting
  • Itchy, watery, or swollen eyes
  • Low blood pressure
  • Throat Problem
  • Dizziness or fainting
  • Diarrhea

The worst life-threatening reaction of this allergy is anaphylaxis in which the blood pressure lowers down, tongue swells and the baby can also face the loss of breath. So, in this situation do not wait for anything and immediately rush to the doctor.

Precautions:

  • The best way to keep your child away from this allergy is to avoid giving him nuts or food items that contain it.
  • Whenever you are giving any food to your child read the ingredients on the back carefully.
  • Always keep your close ones informed about your Kid’s allergy.
  • Be careful when you go out to a restaurant; make sure you inform the waiter about it.
  • Do not use a dirty knife because it might have been used for something that has nuts!
  • If your child is suffering from this problem then always keep an emergency medicine for it.
