Go on more vacations
Vacations are relaxing so this year promise to go on frequent vacations with family. Make sure you take out time from your busy schedule and plan family getaways more often.
Start a weekly activity
For example, once a week go out on family dinner, have a movie or game night. This will be a great way to bond with your family members as these activities will build interest in your kids to spend more time with family.
No resolutions are complete without a promise of eating healthy. As parents instill healthy eating habits in your kids. Try to cut down on junk foods and cook healthy meals at home. Consume more fruits and vegetables and encourage your family members to do the same.
In 2019 adopt some healthy routines like a morning walk, yoga or aerobics at home because exercise is important for a healthy lifestyle.
Greet each other
Make a habit to greet each other at the starting and end of the day. Instead of saying a quick bye take a little time to give them a hug or a genuine wish to them. Follow the same at the end of the day too.
