Who doesn’t love pizza? When you are baking pizza for your kids add healthy vegetables such as broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes and other veggies in it. Then cover it with a layer of cheese, it is one of the best ways to make your kid eat veggies.
Ask your kids what they want in lunch and pasta will be one of their favorite options. While making pasta add some chopped vegetables like capsicum, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, and corns in it. You can blend all the cooked vegetables to make a sauce . Also while preparing the sauce, add more of mushroom then cheese.
Smoothies and juices are a great way to sneak in vegetables. Try whirring up raw veggies, such as carrot, kale, spinach, avocado and cucumber. You can add any of these with sweet fruit to change the taste.
Sandwiches are a healthy breakfast option. Load two bread slices with lots of veggies like lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, onion and greens like spinach.
Do not force them to eat veggies they don’t like, instead cook their favorite vegetable in different ways.
Kids cannot resist fried snacks so mix some healthy veggies with potato mixture and serve it to them. This is a great way to sneak in veggies.
