Mommy to be, Kareena Swears on Yoga to Stay Fit

Kareena Kapoor Khan who is expecting her second child with actor Saif Ali Khan, recently gave fans a glimpse of her pregnancy workout as she cradled her belly while doing a yoga session. .Flaunting her baby bump, Kareena wore a strappy training sports bra. The fitness enthusiast ensures she keeps fit, physically and mentally.

Posing for #PUMAxKareena collection in their athleisure outfits, Bebo summed up her pregnancy fitness saying: “A little bit of yoga. A little bit of calm”.

In one series of pictures, she is wearing a pink athleisure flaunting her baby bump. While in another, she looks gorgeous in black athleisure.

Kareena’s delivery is due in March 2021. Celebrity yoga trainer Rupal Sidhpura Faria showed how Kareena is dedicated to her fitness routine, despite her pregnancy and COVID-19 protocol restrictions.

Some benefits of guided prenatal yoga:

  • It improves sleep.
  • Yoga helps in reducing stress and anxiety.
  • It also increases strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.
  • Practising prenatal yoga decreases lower back pain, headaches, nausea, and shortness of breath.
